Icarus. Son of Daedalus who dared to fly too near the sun on wings of feathers and wax. Daedalus had been imprisoned by King Minos of Crete within the walls of his own invention, the Labyrinth. But the great craftsman's genius would not suffer captivity.
My Icarus is the desire to build structures of Lego materials. I try to follow "real" architectural motifs like floors between each level, stand-alone frames, skins of glass, lighting.. and more.

Icarus X
Icarus X, an example of a mid-rise structure. Notice the curved window elements in the right wing. This building features high gaps between some of the floors.
